Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs requires:

• Accurate and complete information provided during enrollment
• Payment of applicable program fees

Payment Terms

Program Fees

All program fees are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and must be paid in full before the program start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

• Full refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before program start
• 50% refund: Cancellations made 7-14 days before program start
• No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before program start
• Transfers to alternative program dates are permitted with 48 hours notice

Late Payment

Failure to pay program fees may result in suspension of access to services and cancellation of enrollment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of BytePeak and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not:

Program Participation

Student Conduct

Behavioral Standards

We reserve the right to remove participants from programs if behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates our code of conduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.
